I have been using Onesafe since 2013, when I moved from Keeper. However I find problems with OneSafe now after Sierra. It crashes every now and then, and the only response I got from the support was to uninstall and then re-install to see if it would work. Also, the support is very slow and really does not give you much of an answer. 1Password support answers within a few hours, Keeper aswell. OneSafe takes five days to answer, and then you always have to send them a follow-up question since their answer does not say much. Their new version of iOs (v4) is quite good, no remarks there. But the Mac-version is close to useless. And since they will not give an update price for the eventual new version I will have to pay just as much as a new customer. Just to be able to use the program on Sierra. No thanks. Since the Mac-version is more or less useless due to the crashes, I have to rely on the iOs version. So for me it is time to move on to 1Password or Dashlane. iOs version I could rate 4, Mac-version below zero until it works flawless.

so how the heck do you get an image file that you have imported back out again to your desktop as the same file?

Works great with the oneSafe iOS version. Have my passwords synced on my iPhone, iPad and Mac. Worth the money compared to other password managers on Mac charging exorbitant amounts and yearly fees.

I had to walk away from the highway robber that 1Password has become. To update my iPhone, iPad and Mac cost that much for an upgrade I figured there was another option that was affordable and functional. For the past couple of months I've been running OneSafe on my iOS devices (one price, multiple devices) and my home and work Macs. It took me a while to get used to the interface, it's mostly designed to save to your local computer - this is one area the developers could either better document or develop - frankly I'd rather have it saved in Dropbox/iCloud with back up's to my Macs. But it works well enough. Though the features that only work for the Desktop are lost as I want/need items saved across my various devices. As far as function it works right out of the box, I had no problem setting up any of my devices, and once it was setup I was again able to have access to all my passwords. There is room for growth and development but so far it's working and best of all affordable.

iCloud sync is not an option for me. And the GUI is nice but useless, when you have to store large amounts of sensitive data. I used 1Password for many years, but as they removed the WIFI sync, I'm looking for other apps now.
